Value-Added Services in Europe
Info: Value-Added Services (VAS) numbers are, for example, special numbers such as games, editorial content, on-call medical services, etc. Following new European regulations related to roaming (02/07/2023), Value-Added Services (VAS) numbers are now subject to additional charges abroad.
Find the list of special numbers (0800, 090x,...) and short numbers that are not included in your subscription.
Emergency services when roaming in Europe
In case of emergency, DIGI recommends to call free of charge the unique European emergency call number 112. This call number is available from any EU country including Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway for local users but also for roamers.

Public warning mobile applications in Europe
Public warning mobile applications are mobile applications that can be downloaded by the user on his smartphone in some countries in order to receive public warnings in case of imminent or developing major emergencies and disasters in the visited country.
