Follow the following steps:

1. Restart your DIGI Internet Box
   
   • - Unplug the power cable from your DIGI Internet Box.
   • - Wait 10 seconds, then plug the power cable back in. Your DIGI Internet Box may take a few minutes to restart.
2. Check the power supply of your DIGI Internet Box
   
   • - Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the DIGI Internet Box
3. Check the Wi-Fi activation
4. Check your DIGI Internet Box's internet connection
5. Check your Wi-Fi credentials
   
   • - If you are unable to connect to your Wi-Fi, it may be because your Wi-Fi password is incorrect.
   • - Finding the name of the DIGI Wi-Fi network and password is super simple. You just need to look at your DIGI Internet Box.
6. Check the positioning of your DIGI Internet Box
   
   • - What is Wi-Fi? It is radio waves that emanate from the modem and spread throughout the house to provide devices with internet access.
   • - To create a good, balanced Wi-Fi coverage, your DIGI Internet Box should be: Placed in the center of the house, not enclosed and with a clear view of the room, in an upright position, fixed on its stand

• If you live in a large house or a spacious apartment, the Wi-Fi may reach its limits in certain rooms.
• We then suggest opting for DIGI WiFi Booster, which will repeat the signal of your wireless network in areas where the Wi-Fi signal is weak.
