When you become a customer, you will need to create an account during the ordering process.
 
Existing customer
  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your DIGI profile.
  3. Enter your chosen password.
 
Forgot your password? Click 'Forgot password' to set a new one.

How do I view and manage my personal information on MyDIGI?

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'View account'.
 
In this section, you can:
  • View your customer number, name, phone number, and email address.
  • Update your phone number and contact email.
  • Access and download all your contracts.

How do I view and pay my invoices on MyDIGI?

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Click 'See all my invoices' or go to 'Invoices' in the main menu.
 
In this section, you can:
  • Check the total outstanding amount and due dates.
  • Pay your invoices directly (unless you have a direct debit setup).
  • Download your invoices.
 
Note: If your invoice status still shows 'To be paid' after payment, don't worry! It may take up to 5 working days for DIGI to receive your payment.

How do I manage my subscription(s) on MyDIGI?

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Go to 'My products' in the main menu.
 
In this section, you can:
  • Modify your subscription
  • Track your usage
  • View important details (e.g., SIM card number, PUK code, etc.)
  • Activate or deactivate options

Where can I find emergency services in MyDIGI?

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
 
On the homepage, you'll find the following emergency services:
  • Lost or stolen smartphone
  • Blocked SIM card
  • Forgotten WiFi password

Technical problem

How do I recover the MyDIGI password?

  1. Go to MyDIGI.
  2. Click 'Forgot password'.
  3. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
 
Done! You can now log in to MyDIGI with your new credentials.
