How to create a MyDIGI account and log in to MyDIGI?

When you become a customer, you will have to create an account during the order process
 

Existing customer

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email linked to your DIGI profile
  • Enter your defined password
  • Enter the password you have set. If you have forgotten it, click on "Forgot Password", and you will be able to set a new one.

How to view and manage my personal contact information on MyDIGI?

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on Log in
  • Select "Profile" in the main menu
  • You have access to all your personal contact information: your customer number, name, contact phone number, and contact email. You can modify your phone number and contact email.
  • You also have access to all your contracts and can download them

How to view and pay my invoices on MyDIGI?

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on Log in
  • On the homepage, under the title "Outstanding invoices", you will find the total amount you have left to pay.
  • To access all your invoices and their printable PDF versions, click on "See all my invoices" or on "Invoice" in the main menu
  • In this section, you will find:
    • The total amount of invoices you still need to pay
    • The due dates
    • The "Pay" button, which allows you to pay these invoices directly (unless you have opted for direct debit)
    • The option to download your invoices
  • Tips:
    • If you use direct debit to pay your invoices, it is normal that the "Pay" button does not appear.
    • Is the status of your invoice still "To be paid" even though you have already paid it? Don't worry: there can be up to 5 working days between the time you pay and the time DIGI receives the payment.

How to manage my subscription, options, and services with MyDIGI?

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on Log in
  • Select "My Products" in the main menu
  • For each of your product, you can:
    • modify it,
    • see the consumption (e.g., the number of GB you have used and the remaining number of GB),
    • check the parameters (e.g., the SIM card number and PUK number),
    • activate or deactivate options (e.g., Data option)

What other services are available with MyDIGI?

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on Log in
  • On the Homepage, you will be able to access the following services:
    • controlled budget (linked to a DIGI mobile subscription)
    • change your appointment (linked to your DIGI Fiber and DIGI TV subscription)

Can I use MyDIGI in case of emergency?

  • Go to MyDIGI
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on Log in
  • On the Homepage, you will be able to access the following emergency services:
    • Lost or stolen smartphone
    • SIM card blocked
    • WiFi Password Lost
