DIGI offers one landline plan. It gives you one phone number and unlimited calls within Belgium. Please note: this plan is only available together with an internet subscription. The landline costs €2.50 per month in addition to your internet subscription.

During your fiber installation, our technician will also connect your landline to the router. Once the installation is complete, you can start calling right away.

• Transfer calls from the first ring: Dial *21*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *21*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #21#.
• Transfer calls if you do not answer: Dial *24*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *24*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #24#
• Transfer calls when the line is busy: Dial *22*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *22*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #22#"

• For one call: Dial *31*, followed by the number you want to call, and end with #. Press the call button, and your number will be hidden for this call only.
• For all calls: Dial *61*, followed by the number you want to call, and end with #. Press the call button, and your number will be hidden for all calls

2. Select 'My products' > 'Landline' > 'Manage' > 'Parameters'.
3. Click 'Block calls to special numbers' and (de)activate this option.

Yes, you will receive a notification if another call comes in while you're on the line, so you can decide whether to answer the second call or not.

Yes, unless your landline doesn't support this feature or the caller has hidden their number.

• Check the connection of your phone
  Make sure your landline phone is properly connected to your Wi-Fi router. If it's a cordless phone, make sure it's charged.
  
• Check the connection of your Wi-Fi router
  Confirm that your router is properly connected to the internet. You can check the status on the device's indicator lights.
  
• Check the power supply
  Make sure the power cable is securely connected to your router.
  
• Restart your Wi-Fi router
  Unplug the power cable, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. The box may take a couple of minutes to restart.
