What fixed telephony subscriptions does DIGI offer?

DIGI offers one subscription for fixed telephony: DIGI Tel. This subscription is only available as an add-on to DIGI Fiber. It includes unlimited calls and costs €2.50/month (on top of your fiber plan).

Installation & Activation

How does the installation and activation of DIGI Tel work?

When the technician installs your DIGI Fiber, they will also connect your landline phone to the router. Once the setup is complete, you'll be ready to make and receive calls right away.

Use

How do I transfer calls?

  • Transfer calls from the first ring: Dial *21*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *21*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #21#.
  • Transfer calls if you do not answer: Dial *24*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *24*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #24#
  • Transfer calls when the line is busy: Dial *22*, followed by the number to which you want to forward the calls to, ending with # (example: *22*0475101520#). To deactivate it, dial #22#"

How do I hide my landline number?

  • For one call: Dial *31*, followed by the number you want to call, and end with #. Press the call button, and your number will be hidden for this call only.
  • For all calls: Dial *61*, followed by the number you want to call, and end with #. Press the call button, and your number will be hidden for all calls

How do I block calls to special numbers?

  1. Log in to MyDIGI.
  2. Select 'My products' > 'DIGI Tel > 'Manage' > 'Parameters'.
  3. Click 'Block calls to special numbers' and (de)activate this option.

How do I block calls to international numbers?

  1. Log in to MyDIGI.
  2. Select 'My products' > 'DIGI Tel > 'Manage' > 'Parameters'.
  3. Click 'Block calls to international numbers' and (de)activate this option.

Will I get a notification if another call comes in while I'm already on the line?

Yes, you will receive a notification if another call comes in while you're on the line, so you can decide whether to answer the second call or not.

Will I always see the number of the person calling me on my landline phone?

Yes, unless your landline doesn't support this feature or the caller has hidden their number.

Technical problem

I can't make calls with my landline. What should I do?

  • Check the connection of your phone
Make sure your landline phone is properly connected to your DIGI Internet Box. If it's a cordless phone, make sure it's charged.
 
  • Restart your DIGI Internet Box
Unplug the power cable, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. The box may take a couple of minutes to restart.
 
  • Check the power supply
Make sure the power cable is securely connected to your DIGI Internet Box.
 
  • Check the connection of your DIGI Internet Box
Confirm that your DIGI Internet Box is properly connected to the internet. You can check the status on the device's indicator lights.
 
  • Still not working?
